To find your x-client-id simply log into your Chargetrip account and under projects you can see and copy the 'Project ID', that is your x-client-id.
The charging penalty adds time to each charging stop to reflect plugging in, plugging out and paying for a charging session. The default is 300 seconds or 5 minutes. Adjusting this value will change the total charge duration and affect the total travel time.
The charging limit impacts the state of charge per charging session. By default the engine optimizes the amount charged per session to ensure the most efficient travel time. Changing this to 80% will increase the total travel time and will allow you to force charging to 80% for all but the last stop.
The analytics on the dashboard are realtime. However, we don't update the data in the background. To make sure you have the latest data you will have to refresh your page.
